The J-Cert exam is globally organized by the International Human Resources Development Organization (公益財団法人 国際人財開発機構) in Japan. In Indonesia, the implementation is coordinated by an official committee appointed by the head organization to ensure the quality standards and integrity of the exam are maintained.
